COVID-19 Update: Stage 4 Restrictions

The safety of all our patients, staff and families remains our number one priority above all. Due to strict Government guidelines on the types of treatment we are able to perform, we have had to temporarily close our practice as of close of business today (6/8/2020).

If you have any appointments scheduled in the next 6 weeks, please note these are now cancelled, and we will be contacting you to reschedule your appointments when we are able to resume practicing as normal. We reassure you all that the quality of your orthodontic treatment will not be compromised. For any non-urgent problems (i.e breakages), we can repair them when we see you at your next appointment, however if you are in extreme discomfort, please contact the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.

We recognise that there is quite a large amount of uncertainty at where the country will be heading during this period of time, so we thank you for all your support and patience. If you are experiencing any financial hardship, or for all urgent matters, please contact us via email at admin@lilydaleorthodontics.com.au and we will attend to your request as promptly as possible. Please understand our phone lines will be quite overloaded, so we ask that you avoid calling unless it is an emergency.
